Ridiculous Value - Amplifier

Pros: low cost, lots of power, clear sound, accurate playback, compact size, choice of bluetooth or aux input, bluetooth maintains a stable connection anywhere in my 1100 square feet. Feet, Bluetooth installation and connection are reliable. Cons: Must be handy, doesn't come with power adapter or case. Weak noise (probably due to the fact that the PSU is in close proximity). I used a 19.5V 3A universal power supply with a 2.1mm DC plug. I connected this amp to Pioneer A SP-BS22-LR Andrew Jones…

Although the board behaves differently, it is ultimately unusable due to a horrible hum (ground loop) from the AUX connector. It's so bad that it's audible when the music is played at medium volume. essentially renders the AUX port unusable. For that, you can also buy one that only works with Bluetooth. The good news is that Bluetooth works and is completely…

  • Not only useful for its intended purpose

  • There are disadvantages

Cheap, poor quality Chinese board. But it works.

I got what I expected. I knew it would be overrated. I knew there would be other downsides. I first put this amp through some subjective testing with two 4 ohm speakers and several different input voltages. I then used a very expensive Audio Precision unit to accurately measure the power output, signal to noise ratio and frequency response. I also noticed some oddities, so let's get on with it all. 1) It's a far cry from 50Wx2 @ 10% THD as advertised. Even with the lowest gain setting (of the 4
