Good quality 9 inch pizza rack

I am very happy with the pizza rack. I use pizza nets not only for pizza, but also as trivets on pan bases and for other purposes. The 9" screen is perfect for my InstantPot.

Nice brown crust

Don't bake a pizza without it. And bake 25-30 degrees less than required and 20 minutes longer. This will give you a crispy and cooked crust. Have you ever noticed that the pizza dough is crumbly? Everyone loves my pizza because they don't know this secret!

perfect for decorating tools

used this for my Nuwave style desktop oven. It's great for things like pizza or french fries. .holds the object and prevents it from flying away. like pepperoni on pizza. so why did i buy it. it is excellent. Washes well, I'm happy.

  • Like everything before
Cons
  • So so

like a net when heat hits the ground.

Mesh pizza tray. I made my own dough in a zip lock bag. like a web as the heat penetrates the bottom of the pie dough giving it a nice crispy crust. It has other uses as well. Have tried several small cookie recipes and works really well. Of course I will come up with a more versatile use for this pizza pan. Would recommend to friends or give as a gift. Sent quickly.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Had to season it for first use.

I make the crust myself. I seasoned the sieve before using it for the first time and the crust just slipped off the sieve. I noticed that the spice didn't seem to hold, but I figured it must have. My second crust was a bit sticky and didn't stick to the screen very well. I think I need to season the strainer before each use or change how the crust is made.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Half disappointed with decorating tools

A bit gooey even though I seasoned it for 90 minutes and it was completely coated in avocado oil before I put pizza on top. To be fair, my dough might have been too big, but not too crazy. I was cooking in a new Ninja oven at 450 and it looked great but I pulled it out and it stuck 30% of the pan. I also cooked the other two in a 7" Cuisinart skillet with no oil and they immediately slipped off and were perfect. I'll try again knowing what I know now. I'm not new when it comes to cooking. I'm…

Birthday - Pizza

11 kids invited to a pizza party. I bought dough at a local pizzeria. We gave each child (4-6 years old) dough, sauce, cheese, toppings and a scene. I asked her to bake the pizza on the table, and then we carefully projected it onto separate 9-inch screens. They were amazingly well received and the kids loved it. The pizza was sticky, we had to use a knife to loosen it. I'll know better next time. I love these screens and will be hosting another party soon!

I ordered two of these for baking Cali'flour frozen pizza bases which are much more difficult to handle due to their extreme tenderness. After the oven has preheated, place the frozen crust over the Winware strainer. After 5 minutes, the hot screen and pizza base were removed with long metal tongs. Place the 2nd cold sieve on the bottom, flip the sieves so the other side is now up, remove the hot sieve from the top and place the cold sieve with the pizza crust back in the oven with tongs. Great for a pizza party

I ordered these in preparation for my own pizza party for about 30 people at my house with a standard electric oven. Based on some research online I seasoned them first (brush with vegetable oil, in a VERY hot oven (e.g. smoke) for 10-15 minutes -- especially if you're doing multiple screens at once). I can cook 3 of these pizzas on each rack in my oven and with 4 oven racks I could bake 12 pizzas at once - that's a lot better than putting 2 separate pizzas on a pizza stone at the same time…
