I like this product. The sound is perfect and can get loud in my car which is great as I'm partially deaf. I also enjoy listening to audio books and this unit plays them. However; Every time there's a pause in reading, like before the start of a new sentence, there's a gap in audio and I miss the beginning of the dialogue or whatever, and that's pretty annoying. I know it's not my audio book because it's loaded in HQ and I've never had problems with the cable jack, so I know it is. Nonetheless.

It sounds so loud it hurts your ears when using headphones. There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust this internal volume. However, this miniature wand works well.
