The headset has worked well for a while. I've already done 2 of them. This is very disappointing because none of them lasted more than 6 months. They hope for at least more than a year. I also contacted customer service. It's like they're ignoring the fact that it's trying to charge, won't hold a charge, or won't even turn on. I'm very annoyed now. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It's not worth it!

I like my new wireless microphone. The only issue I have is that I'm a group fitness instructor and currently teaching outdoor classes. So on a windy day you can actually hear the wind blowing into the mic, or if I'm doing cardio and start panting you can even hear it with the windscreen on. I've tried moving it away from my mouth but that doesn't seem to help. Also, it sits well on my head and stays on pretty well. It was very easy for me to connect to my speaker

I do fitness classes through zoom, bought this as I wanted to rotate two and have a backup. I paid a little more thinking I could "upgrade" a bit. It was a good price; However, the sound quality was worse than my cheaper headset (which is now out of stock), VERY raspy and sounded more like I was in a tunnel, not as clear as my old one. I returned it. Update 11/10: The company contacted me and took my feedback into account to improve their product. I haven't had service like this in a long time.

This microphone is truly amazing. Sound quality is excellent, connection quality is excellent, range is good, ease of use is amazing, charging is quick and easy. I would definitely buy this again. The quality of a microphone is that it only picks up sounds near the microphone and not everything else. The Bietrun WXM05 wireless headset with microphone exceeded my expectations. When delivered, the transmitter and receiver are automatically paired with no set-up problems. The 1/4" receiver plugs into the input of a karaoke amp we had and the headset is comfortable and has volume controls. I really like the way this headset works. I use it to dictate with Dragon Naturally Speaking and the results are good and the headset is nice and light. However, after less than three months of careful use, the connection between the mouthpiece and the headband broke. Glued back, but it doesn't last long. It's not easy to find any wireless headset mic that can be used with a smartphone for webcasting, so you're stuck with a phone mic.
