I do fitness classes through zoom, bought this as I wanted to rotate two and have a backup. I paid a little more thinking I could "upgrade" a bit. It was a good price; However, the sound quality was worse than my cheaper headset (which is now out of stock), VERY raspy and sounded more like I was in a tunnel, not as clear as my old one. I returned it. Update 11/10: The company contacted me and took my feedback into account to improve their product. I haven't had service like this in a long time. That's why I gave it a higher rating because good service goes a long way these days!
