Looks solid. The size to watt ratio is impressive. I don't know if I'm getting full watts. I connected my Samsung Sky and 10e and they charge. I charged the USB box and it seems to charge at the same speed as when plugged into a standard outlet. There was a bright sun. East Coast of Northern United States. I tested the Ryno Tuff Slab and this for a trip to Wyoming. On June 20th, 2019, on a cloudy day, I brought the panels to the roof of Brooklyn.
