I bought this tool because I made a lot of corners when making furniture and flower pots. Try it on two different crop squares and they both came out at exactly 90 degrees. I have three plastic corners that I use - these are 45, 30 and 22.5. Checking the tool on them gave the following: 45 = 44.1, 30 = 29.4, 22.5 = 22.4. The protractor reading works as expected with the same good results as other Wixey products. I use a protractor to set angles on the table saw's miter fence and on some parts of the table where the ends need to be cut at a 4° angle. My only disappointment is that the angle is adjusted by turning a small dial at the rounded base of the two levers. The wheel doesn't lock the levers tight enough and the lock adjustment isn't smooth with some play when reading, probably when locking the levers. I…
