I like the way this pigtail is made, with a thick sheath covering the wire. Very durable and should last a very long time. or until your kids take your trailer and drag it miles across the ground. 😁

The colors aren't the usual colors of trailer cables, but the cables themselves are thick, high quality, with soft insulation and a hard outer sheath. Ideal for mounting headlights on the trailer hitch.

I had to power my truck's license plate because my new fold down spare wheel carrier got in the way in the original location. Plug the extension into the trailer's 4-way connector and wrap the wire around the tube. Connect the other end of the cable to the LED.

Quality cable. Used it to thread the hitch to tow my car behind an RV. The plug is connected to a 7-pin adapter on my camper. Solder the socket, then use heat shrink tubing to seal the connection and insert into the tow vehicle. The only thing that would be better would be a female connector, then I could connect the wires directly to the 7 pin connector.

Ordered after a less than elegant attempt to replace the trailer's retractable power cord with a 4 pin flat cable. The round cable is easier to attach to the frame with traditional cable clips and rolls up neatly when not in use. The Flat 4 connector is good and solid. The color coding is not standardized and is converted as follows: Green = green (right turn/stop) Red = yellow (left turn/stop) Black = brown (rear/side run) White = white (ground)
