Great light, be careful with water

Works great and looks great just don't submerge in water, it's not waterproof at all just 'splash proof'. The metal straps holding it came loose.

The light is bright!

I have a 29 gallon tank and it puts out a lot of light. If I had any negative comments it would be the distance from the remote control. They MUST be no more than 10 inches apart or it won't work. The lights are worth it, especially considering how much they cost at pet stores.

Great light, great price!

Our old aquarium light has died out, so we decided to replace it with this one. I'm glad we did! This light is wonderful! I love how you can adjust almost every aspect, from brightness to color, and even pre-program sunrise and sunset settings! The only issue I've found is that the remote only works in close proximity and only if you're hovering directly at the light sensor, which is a bit odd. This may be because our aquarium is in a corner, but that's not a problem as the light still works…
