Works great. It's not exactly instantaneous as there is a relay inside. So if you press for a split second it will connect for about a full second but it's perfect for what I need. The horn button, as others have pointed out, is a little lame. It seems like you have to press it pretty hard to make it permanent, otherwise it just stutters (which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5). However, it was a REALLY simple setup. I used the supplied U-clip on the ground side and attached the round connector to the positive terminal that came with the horn I bought.
