I really like the shorts, but they do run very big. I’m 5’5 "130-ish pounds and I would normally get a small. I ordered a medium the first time they fit fine but I thought I might like to try the large and I think I do prefer the large. Comfort wise. And coverage wise.In the video is the large. These are seriously the most comfortable 2-in-1 shorts in the whole wide world. I used to get UA, but their waistbands in the most recent 2-in-1 shorts had a wide, stiff elastic band that was not comfortable at all. I tried these and they are super comfortable for yoga, kettlebells, etc. They are ridiculously soft. You still have to pull them down if you're moving a lot, but then again, most shorts will do that. I love the fact these shorts have a pocket on the liner part of the shorts to put your phone in. It helps me free up my hands when walking the dogs. They are very comfortable and so far have held up threw over 20 washes! I liked these enough that I bought 2 pair. They might ride up just a little while running, but just to the top of my leg. The material is very nice. They fit well and they are flattering. I'm 5'3 and 132 lbs and size medium fits well. The waistband is not too tight and doesn't roll down. Great for running on hot days. I would definitely recommend.

The material is soft, but the fit is off. The undershorts ride up like crazy, making you have a wedgie and like your phone isn’t secure. I originally ordered these shorts in medium but sent them back because the spandex was too loose. I then ordered the small, and they felt okay putting them on but rode up like crazy when I actually ran in them. The spandex came way up my legs until it was all bunched up. I tried a bunch of different running shorts when I picked up running a few months ago. These were the best by far. The were comfortable and not too short/long. The bottom layer has a snug feel on my legs. Other shorts were way too loose to too tight. They don't ride up, so I'm not constantly pulling them down.
