With my measurements I should have went with a medium, BUT I'm so glad I sized down to a small ☺️ I've had this on for maybe 20 minutes and I can feel the sweat 😅 it's definitely what I was looking for. That being said this will NOT make your thighs sweat, it is only neoprene around the stomach area! I'm going to workout with it on for about a week and then I'll update my review! Happy Shopping!

It does roll up.the waist is a little loose buy I wrap it with another sauna belt to make it tight.But it does make u sweat.I do recommend this product.I will order another one in a smaller size.I bought a XL I can use the L

These really make you sweat! Either include in your work out or just wear them as you’re walking around cleaning the house! I’m ready for the next size down!

While I loved the buttery soft material of the leggings, the stitching started to come apart just after the first wear. They are very high waited, and have tons of tummy control. If you are looking for something to help you sweat a little extra while working out, this is a good choice.

These do NOT cover your legs with the sauna material as well, belly only! False advertising on the ‘pants’ part! it was a great size but it was tight at all around the tummy area!

The material around stomach area is to loose for it's intended purpose but the shorts fabric fits fine and doesn't roll up my thighs. Unfortunately, this was a failed purchase for me.

Barely thermal sweat shorts. Shorts are not firm and tight spandex. The shorts roll up the thigh when running or walking.

Had to give these away because the sizing was incorrect but my friend does love them and they do hurt her and really well I deafly recommend a size up if you’re looking for them to actually fit in to size if you’re looking for comfort but just a little Holden

Short rises while walking. But he belly part fits okay. Which the part for the belly was lower. Overall it works third time wearing was easier to get in. I like it except that I keep pulling the shorts down, don’t like the strings on the side. Was worth the purchase.

These were not what I expected, which could have been my fault cause I looked at so many that day. If you want the sauna material only on the abdomen section these would be great.

This is a great pair of shorts! I ordered my usual size small and it fits perfectly. The fabric is stretchy on the hips/bottom are but firm around my stomach. It provides great cinching. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because it’s a hassle to latch on each row and would have preferred it to be a quick zip up instead.
