Not quite the showstopper I was hoping for: The High-Low Skirt (3/5)

When I saw ThePirateDressing's Women's Steampunk Victorian Cosplay Costume High-Low Show Girl Skirt, I was thrilled. However, upon receiving the skirt, I was left feeling underwhelmed. While the overall aesthetic was on point, the fabric felt cheap and the waistband wasn't as sturdy as I would have liked. That being said, I did receive a fair amount of compliments while wearing it at a recent cosplay event. It definitely looks striking in photos and pairs well with other Steampunk accessories…

Perfect for your costume

I LOVE this skirt! This is going to be something I keep in the closet (instead of inside the costume bin) LOL. I am a size 14/16 and I didn't have any concerns with size. It is short in the front and I kept asking my friends "is my underwear showing?" However, I did add a tule petticoat underneath to add a little more umph (per costume). Def worth every penny.

Decent for the price

It is very cute. Downside is the white color fabric is a bit thin and see through when it catches the light. It also wrinkles super easily.
