Not quite the showstopper I was hoping for: The High-Low Skirt (3/5)
When I saw ThePirateDressing's Women's Steampunk Victorian Cosplay Costume High-Low Show Girl Skirt, I was thrilled. However, upon receiving the skirt, I was left feeling underwhelmed. While the overall aesthetic was on point, the fabric felt cheap and the waistband wasn't as sturdy as I would have liked. That being said, I did receive a fair amount of compliments while wearing it at a recent cosplay event. It definitely looks striking in photos and pairs well with other Steampunk accessories. But, for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quality. Overall, The High-Low Skirt is a decent option for a Steampunk cosplay, but don't expect it to hold up for multiple wears or washes.
