I wore for one day around the house and noticed a good sweat, but then I wore it to a volleyball practice I coached. WOW! I was dripping sweat. I typically wear large to x-large shirts and I've had other "compression" shirts I've had to get x-large to be sure I can get on and off easily. This attracted me because it zipped. Not an all day setup, but is super easy to get on. I highly recommend.

It fit perfect and is true to size. It's a good fitting tight and Of course it's suppose to be tight but it's not uncomfortabe. It also had me sweating profusely, more than any other sauna sweat top I've had. I'd like to try the pants next now that I see how effective the top is. I'd definitely recommend this top for someone who wants to shed the pounds off fast with exercise.

When I tried it on and slid in with ease but the best fits kinda snug in order for the inside material to hit the skin and make you sweat. This along with the pants gave me the perfect exercise. Felt like I had doubled my efficiency. Would def recommend this.

This tank fits well and provides an increased benefit to your workout. it increase the amount that I sweat at three to five times. I have worn it to work out ever since I received it. I love it!

This sweat vest is really good. Definitely makes you sweat it out while wearing it and lose some of the belly water weight. I just wish I was sent the zipper version as pictured/ordered. It's a little hard to take off when it's dripping in sweat. Otherwise I give it a thumbs up.
