An excellent purchase as I am getting back into my fitness Groove and wanted something that was not only going to assist in melting the excess weight but fashionable as well! The fit was on point and it does lock and the Heat 2 assist with your weight loss although it is a tad bit thin compared to other neoprene sweat belts I have used from Walmart for V bucks, I combined the two wearing the vest over a plain white tee and wrap my sweat belt with this especially when working out and cutting the yard where I have nearly seven acres to trim weekly! I recommend this to anyone that has a desire to trim a little excess weight especially in the midsection in combination with plenty of water or Gatorade before your workout as you will sweat and you don't want to become dehydrated! My only desire would be that it was a little thicker to really lock in a bit more heat but I would purchase this again if something happened to this one as it is a very nice overall feel and fit as expected! Great purchase for the price! Though as I said I would wear a white tank top with a sweat belt underneath and this over the top of that to really lock in the heat even during your work day especially if you do construction maintenance or anything else as I often where this on the job each and every day and don't take it off until the evening when I get home! My tank top underneath is straight soaked in sweat! My recommendation is grab one, as it can do nothing but benefit your fitness goals
