Woolly Clothing Merino Sleeve Button Men's Active Apparel: Comfort and Style Combined Review

I fell in love with this shirt the moment I touched it. Merino wool works magically. Then unfortunately I tried. It was tight. It wasn't just my stomach that allowed me to understand. It was tight in the shoulders, in the sleeves, almost everywhere. So, the shirt I fell in love with is now being worn by my son. The cataract surgery required a short sleeve shirt and I froze to death on the operating table. For my second eye surgery I planned ahead and wore this merino wool shirt and a 100% cotton short sleeve henley t-shirt over the merino wool and felt absolutely comfortable during the procedure. Although it fits a little loose for my height of 5ft 3in and 127# height, I bought the men's size medium. I didn't like how the collar looked on me so I carefully trimmed the collar and trimmed it very tight.

The shirt arrived with a small hole, which is common in other reviews. I fixed it myself because I didn't want to mess with the return. The sewing/construction of this shirt is below par at all costs, let alone what I paid for. I will no longer order Woolly products. I love merino clothing; There are much better brands at comparable prices. I was hoping for a better experience but learned the lesson.

Super comfortable. Great for travel. Looks great. I've owned several pieces made from Merino wool and have loved the look of these shirts so far; and as for merino wool, very reasonable price.

Too long cut. Fit is good, size M, height 175, bust 40", height 5ft 8", but it's long. I wanted a shirt not a dress maybe if I was 6ft 2in tall it would be right. Only buy this if you are a rod. Too bad, the quality is great.

Advantages - 1) very soft shirt, 2) comfortable, 3) elastic 4) price. Cons: 1) relaxed fit (down a size for a more tailored fit), 2) stitching and stitching doesn't last long, starts to unravel after first wash. (as other reviewers have pointed out). The workmanship is ok, I have 2 wool button shirts, one is ok and the other is falling apart.

Got it for my husband - merino wool is so soft and I love how absorbent it is! Very well made - top quality! It's also stylish and wears well. I've washed it several times and it's holding up well. A great shirt that is great for the weekend or business casual. Love how it fits my husband - seems to be the right size.

This wool shirt does not scratch at all and feels very comfortable. I also like the way it looks with a little sparkle. It's breathable and came out of the box with virtually no wrinkles. It's fitted rather than loose so it hugs you. It will be fine if you are in good shape, but if you have a belly it will only outline it. Comes with an extra button in a small plastic bag and is true to size.

The claim that wool shirts can be worn multiple times and need less washing than cotton and polyester shirts is hyped in the industry. Don't believe it. I wore this shirt every other day (28 hours total) and on the second day BO was visible on the collar. On the plus side the fabric is really soft and keeps me warm even in 60 degree weather with just a t shirt underneath. Machine wash without fading! And it doesn't shrink in the dryer at low speeds. I've worn this shirt on several flights and felt very comfortable in it. It doesn't crease and I think I look polished but relaxed in it. The fabric is very soft and fits me perfectly as I have broad shoulders and a smaller waist. It just has a nice tailored look and the fabric stretches easily. I love this shirt, it looks and feels great and I wear it all the time. The fabric is nice and easy to wash. I get a lot of confidence wearing this because it looks so good. I also like how I can wear these clothes most of the time. I'm glad I got it and definitely recommend it.

If it weren't for the hole in this shirt, I would be very happy about it. But for the price I expect much better quality. Overall disappointed.

The friend loves wool and says the shirts are "much more comfortable than the plastic shirts" he usually wears to work. He is 5'8", weighs 185 lbs and the tall one fits perfectly. He never wears any color other than navy blue but has acknowledged the color as 'dark enough'. We haven't washed it yet will update, if there are problems with durability. .

I bought this for the summer and I expect it to be fantastic, but now I wear it every day as a warm and light layer. I chose the men's XL button as I don't like things being too tight around my neck and I find that it fits loosely and matches the length of the tunic. Soft, falls well, good price.

I had to return it because the size didn't fit. The shirt came up to my knee, but it's a more relaxed material that doesn't roll up amazingly. But a quick return without problems!
