Simple yet Powerful Cloud Based Software

I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this software. It's not too complicated or difficult to learn how to use. The customer service is great in general. They are always willing to help when you need them. Sometimes there isn't much support from their side. If you're looking for something simple but powerful, then look into this product.   • Easy navigation through different elements such as reports.
  • Makes work processes efficient without sacrificing quality control.
  • Doesn’t require training! Very intuitive even if your new at learning systems/programs similar to those used within other departments (HR)

  • Not completely free; however most aspects do come with trial versions which cost nothing

Great time saver for tracking your work

The best thing I like about this is that it allows me to see my workflow in one place (no more spreadsheets or google docs). It also has some nice reporting features which are helpful if you want to show others how things should be done. There can sometimes feel like there's too much going on when viewing something at once so having an option where I could zoom out would help.
