I was very excited to use these eco-friendly cups in my trade routes, but when I pulled out two sleeves I noticed that they were thermally damaged. The cups were melted on one side. unusable. Although I keep these glasses in the car, the temperature has not risen above 70 since I bought these glasses and they are stored in the trunk, so I cannot imagine that the damage was caused by the temperature of the car.

Yes, if you go back and look closely it says 'Lids and straws sold separately'. But who expects that? Anyone thinking of looking for it? Come on guys, either include the right lids or make a BIG REFUSAL of NO lids. And a link to the right caps. As other reviewers have pointed out, they probably aren't heat resistant, but I never expected they would be. I mean they are flimsy plastic. Just let things cool before filling them.

Oh those cups. Indeed they were after being outside (in the shade!) for a short time. We bought them for a wedding and they made a mess before the ceremony. We had to send someone for the cups and he missed the ceremony. Definitely not worth buying if you intend to use them somewhere but apparently in heavily air conditioned spaces! Would NOT buy again. In the process of getting a refund which at least Revain was happy to help with (great customer service as always!).
