I had high hopes for this product but was very disappointed. The "moisture" grip is a design only. It has only one level - very wet. The included instructions aren't very clear either, so you're wasting your time looking for videos on the web. I will try again but it might come back.

I really liked this mop. It was easy to use. I didn't smell the dirty mopping water, and the dirty water isn't visible. But he's not strong! The handle is already broken and I bought it in November. I really liked the idea of this mop. I've had mine for about a year but the pads don't hold up very well and the grip is cheap. The ends of the pads wear out and then I cannot wash the pad on one side or at all. In addition, the knobs are difficult to turn with wet hands.
