Product does not match the description. It is not male/female and not quick release.

I ordered my item because I thought it would be as shown in the details and pictures. Paid for same day shipping as I needed the item to complete a project. As you can see from the photos these flanges were not tapered with male/female threads. I sent a message and didn't receive a reply. I will try again to resolve this issue hoping to get the product I paid for and expected.
