I wasn't a fan of these inner gloves. I bought a medium that should have fit my hand size. Fingers were too tight and we cut ourselves and cut off blood circulation. It was painful to use.

My left index finger goes numb every time I wear this. I had to cut the hole for the finger a bit. They feel good when you first put them on, but your hand swells a little when you exercise and then they become uncomfortable.

They do the job, the only thing to watch out for is that if you want to wear them under boxing gloves they may not fit unless your gloves are good enough big. But apart from that, the only downside is that after a while they start to put a lot of pressure on the hand.

Sometimes I don't feel like wrapping my hands when going for a quick workout with a punching bag, but they are very similar to hand wraps and don't take long to put on. An added bonus is the extra protection for the ankles. I wear them under gloves. I love her!

I had to double check to see if I accidentally ordered a child's size. I usually wear XS in most work gloves and for boxing wraps, small sizes have always been great in the past but these S/M sized gloves are tiny and affect my circulation. Good quality but I don't think I can use it

I really liked these gloves! They are a good alternative to traditional wrist wraps as they are quick and easy to put on but do not provide adequate wrist support. The finger holes in the gloves are a little tight and need time to put on. To stretch the fingerholes, I've put expo markers in the fingerholes of my gloves when I'm not using them and that seems to have helped. Would buy them again.

These gloves run very small. I'm 4'10", weigh 92 pounds and my ring size is 4.5 so my other fingers are slightly larger than my ring finger but not by much.
