Prints very well!

Very well printed, needed some glue stick to stick to table but not unusual. The packaging was pretty terrible and I'm surprised the coil didn't break as it was sent in a cardboard envelope. Otherwise I'm happy with the thread.

Pros
  • Recommended printing temperature 210°C - 250°C
Cons
  • Large and chunky

Not suitable for Prusa MK3

Thread seems to be fine, but the hole in the spool is too small for the Prusa Mk3S spool holder. You can get it working by removing one of the levers from the spool holder, putting the spool on it and reassembling it. Edit: After reading another review I found that you can remove the center of the spool to make the hole bigger. .

Pros
  • PETG is extremely strong and durable while being odorless. Very low shrinkage and warping, ideal for large prints. Less brittle than other materials with high chemical resistance.
Cons
  • So far so good

Poor quality control

The packaging was found but the thread was not vacuum sealed which is very important as it absorbs water and will ruin the thread if you don't know how to dry it. It was in a bag but it looked like a balloon, it's not that hard to dry but I'd rather do it because I left it, not because I bought it and I need it. Will definitely not buy again.

Pros
  • Compatible with most popular 3D printers like ROBO 3D, Cubify, Leapfrog, MakerBot, Reprap, Afinia, UP, Mendel, Flashforge, Solidoodle 2, Printrbot LC, MakerGear M2, Felix, Reprap, Ultimaker and all other 3D printers printers .
Cons
  • Only available in black
