This replaced my onboard RJ 45 port after a storm. Dead easy. Just connect to Win 10 and go BUT with an attractive SUV so drivers can be downloaded from the internet. Be sure to disable the built-in Ethernet adapter in Device Maaver to avoid conflicts.

I installed this on a 15 year old Dell desktop and it works great. I can't run it at maximum speed, but that's not due to the card, it's due to PCI bus limitations. However, I can easily reach speeds over 600 Mbit/s. Overall it's not the best solution, but as long as you have a free PCIe slot on the same computer it's still good and easy to install too.
