🦸 X Men Insurrection Cooperative: Unite with Iconic Characters for an Epic Adventure! Review

The main mechanic is the Mark of the Elder. However, my main gripe with Elder Sign is that it's very difficult. X-Men: Mutant Insurrection drops the difficulty significantly and offers a much better setting. It also does a great job of using the X-Men theme. I grew up watching X-Men cartoons and recently introduced them to my kids (all under 10 years old). My kids wanted to be X-Men and this game was released. FFG did a great job with the theme and skins. The gameplay has more advantages than other similar games like Thanos Rising. My biggest problem is with components. FFG gives you 16 characters plus 1 threat tracker base but only 7 plastic bases. $3.99 extra if you want 10 more After three games the black ink is already peeling off the bones.
