Dealer installed product. It is not necessary to remove the front bumper as described on YouTube. Looks great! Much cheaper than at the dealer. Bad a$$ before and after photos included.

So I installed them without removing the bumper. Followed the video on YouTube. let me tell you I'm a small woman with small hands and it was quite difficult for me to remove the screws from the end pieces. I tore my hands a bit (especially my wrists) and it took just over an hour to complete. But I will say the finish is worth it. I have a 2019 Grand Cherokee Altitude and they fit great.

I'm 99% sure my husband hates me but my grill looks so good now! Since I'm not the one who did the installation, I asked him for a review. He removed the front bumper because he saw no other way to make this easier. He's not a mechanic, but he works with all of our stuff. Ease of Installation: 4 out of 10 (for people tuned even semi-mechanically). Ass pain scale: 8 out of 10. How good it looks: 10/10. !

We just bought my Grand Cherokee Laredo x which is great because it had nice headlights. However. It was all chrome and I hated it even though I haven't had a jeep in over a week lol but the grille rings make such a big difference! My husband complained all the time but I helped him. Definitely a lot of work! We didn't remove the bumper. I am attaching some photos to show the process and the end result. I LOVE IT!

This has been a complex project and it would be great if the product was of a higher quality and consistent colour. Such a bummer installing them and then looking at them in the sun the next day you notice the discoloration and the unpainted part. It will take a dealer to take them off and put something else back in. Update: A return or exchange option was offered, I accepted the return to fix it myself.

The product looks good and fits great. Installation is possible without removing the bumper, after that I do not recommend anyone to try it, it's pathetic. If you want to try it, do yourself a favor and get the right tools: a 90-degree drill adapter and a flexible extension. I also needed a super flat ratchet screwdriver. I also found plastic electronics tools useful for separating the outer black border from the inserts.

Looks great! Completes the blackout look. I was able to install without removing the bumper but it took almost two hours. You absolutely need a 90 degree wrench, and I suggest a magnetic telescopic tool in case you drop a screw or bit. It's also VERY tight between the bumper if you don't remove it, so be prepared to only unscrew it 2-3 clicks at a time. This is a very tedious and tedious work, but it's worth it! I haven't installed them yet as it's a Christmas present for my wife but I opened them when they arrived. The product looks good and is worth the money. Will update the review after I install it! The quality of these aftermarket ring grates is many times below the original equipment cost. The glossy black finish is durable. I broke a couple of lugs on the factory chrome rings when removing, I ended up breaking 1 lug on the new black rings when installing, but that didn't seem to cause any problems. I can confirm they can be replaced without removing the bumper/grille trim. But it was painful and lasted several hours. If I had the right 90 degree drill tool it would probably make things…
