Sole Split - Trail Running

This is the second pair of Xeros I've owned. They are totally comfortable and have taken my running to the next level. I'm evangelical about Xeros and share my enthusiasm for them whenever I get the chance. Unfortunately, after just 50 days (and less than 100 miles) on both shoes, the sole started to noticeably separate from the upper. Still no answer. from Xero more than a week after the email to customer service.

Poor quality for men

Sole separated from upper after only 7 miles. I expected more from sandals that cost over $100. I have other sandals that have lasted much longer. I will return to my previous brand.

Too big, too chunky, fits Athletic

I regularly wear a size 12 in Converse. I ordered a size 13 based on the recommendation to go up a size. The width was good but there was almost an inch in front of my fingers. Maybe some people like it, but in minimal running shoes I thought it would be very uncomfortable to walk in them. The soles were also a lot firmer/thicker than I expected and the upper was thick like a traditional running shoe. Shoes. I prefer minimal shoes that you can roll up and put in your pocket, basically a rubber…

  • Quality construction
