Easy iron appliques

I love that this is an easy iron applique using steam on cotton. Added a nice touch to my boring jeans. The colors are strong and well made. I can't judge the stickiness of the glue yet. I will review it again after wearing it on a motorbike and washing it several times. But after the initial installation, I'm happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • Appliques and decorative patches
Cons
  • Available in black only

My ironing skills are not very good, but it was enough for sewing.

My ironing skills aren't very good, but they held up well enough to hand-sew the edges, which I planned to do anyway. It worked great in a simple navy blue dress. It seems appliques have become a huge trend lately and helped spice up a boring piece of clothing.

Pros
  • Decorative patches
Cons
  • Very expensive

Beautiful, can be ironed on synthetics

These patches are beautiful! I've ironed them on synthetic fabrics, but instead of holding the iron over cotton for 30 seconds like the instructions say, I ironed for 15 seconds. After 30 years, the tissue begins to melt. I used the iron-on feature to make it easy to go through and sew everything on because I assume it will start to peel off in the wash. That's right, I didn't check it, I immediately sewed it on. These patches helped hide the hole in the dress while adding charm! Very pretty

Pros
  • Arts, crafts & sewing
Cons
  • Out of fashion
