Very thick! Very warm and great for windy weather, but it's too loose and the sides can block your view, so fold it up to make it easier and do the same with the face cover because it gets wind in the nose and mouth areas leaves.

I bought it exclusively for running, but unfortunately not the best for these purposes. Daily use is good because it keeps you nice and warm. There is absolutely no ventilation, so when you sweat it doesn't evaporate.
