Easy tool that works well - keeps you from having too many cold leads

I like the ability to target specific audiences. This is very helpful as we have a lot of customers who are not technically savvy. Sending out targeted messages helps us connect with these customers and get them to do what we need them to do. Sometimes it takes a few tries before we find the right message to send out. We haven't had any issues with the service so far. I would recommend this product to other businesses looking for an effective way to reach their customer base. It has helped our

Easy To Use & Userful For Campaign Management

I love how easily we were able to pull our analytics from this platform - it was easier than using Google Analytics! It's not very intuitive at all but there is definitely some learning curve for those of us who aren't familiar w/ampscript (and even then). We don;t use any advanced functionality or "segment" features within xltoday other tahn as an overall overview tool such has tracking email opens etc so these are things i'm sure will be added down tha road by support?
