Works as advertised after some struggle

Not sure if it's the product itself and might need a driver but it finally worked and as of today I'm tearing down 3 GPUs on ONE of them . A fourth USB is not currently required, but I have little doubt it will work. Worth the little effort.

Pros
  • Brand: XT-XINTE
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

Suitable for cryptocurrency mining

I managed to split the PCIe_1 slot on my MSI X470 motherboard (4x + 4x) so that I could use 6 Radeon VII GPUs with a Ryzen to the board 3200G , since PCIe_4 is not suitable for this processor. It was worth the $20 I spent compared to forgoing the M.2 NVMe SSD to try and use the adapter so as to add another PCIe slot.

Pros
  • SKU: PCI-E 1 to 4 Riser Card
Cons
  • -

Good product! the best in computers and accessories

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. All I did was plug it in and it did the rest. When I'm ready to branch out and get a different setup I'll use this. You can buy a regular motherboard with 3 PCIE slots and still use 12 GPUs. That's the solution for sure. I highly recommend this product if you don't want to buy another motherboard.

Pros
  • Number of interfaces: PCIE-USB *4; Size: 120mm*67mm*57mm
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Ideal for multiple GPUs with adapters

Plugged into my pcie x 1 slot, automatically installed, computer restarted, checked in the device manager, switched off again, external GPU plugged in and it worked without any problems. I then added GPU one at a time, powering them off each time until the four extra slots were filled. For the record, I'm still using my x16 GPU slot, x8 for another GPU on a riser, plus 4 GPUs on risers connected to this unit.

Pros
  • Product Type::LPE-4X; Bus interface: PCI-E X1
Cons
  • For the old

Good for cryptocurrency mining

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
