I am very dissatisfied. Just in the last few months I have bought several spools of XYZ filament. Each coil comes with its own axle ring. I finished my last print job last week as my previous spool ran out. In the end my old coil broke. Today I wanted to install my new coil and there was only a chip card, no axle ring.
