Burns Fast - Door & Window Caps

I purchased this attachment to add paneled doors to some of the cabinets I made for a client. I misplaced a total of 6 doors and can't use the sixth door. The bat burned out and the material started to burn.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Slightly Torn

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It seemed to be fading fast.

Scourge is a fairly tough wood but after 50 feet of use there was a noticeable difference in bite. he seemed more likely to snap the edge than cut it. I had to buy another to finish the other 50 feet.

Pros
  • bit
Cons
  • old

Fine Cutting Efficiency

First of all, yes this is not a Whiteside or Freud milling cutter but those two companies don't make the desired profile. It was very close to what I needed to reproduce an antique accent table. I bought two in case I needed a spare due to the possibility of using inferior carbide. Well I have to say that I am still using the first bit even after many hours of use. Haven't had to touch up the edge yet. Poplar cut quality is good and I think it will make a big difference with hardwood too…

Pros
  • Door and Window Milling Cutter
Cons
  • Available in Black only
