Ideal range for P80 RSA channel

I have them for a great deal bought specific application. Carve RSA channel on P940 80% frames. This area of the frame is particularly difficult to perfect. It's hard to sand efficiently and you can't get a regular Dremel attachment. The shaft length of 4 inches is sufficient even for the P940CL. I highly recommend them, sorry I didn't find them many frames ago.

Pros
  • Shank diameter: 3mm (1/8") Cutting edge diameter: 6mm (1/4") Overall length: 100mm (4")

Avoid At All Costs - Cut Burrs

An example of the size of a file. I pulled out one that looked like it would fit for what I needed to do. Insert the rotary file into the rotary tool until it stops. Set the speed to the minimum. When I switched it on, the instrument almost jumped out of my hand due to the vibration. After that I stopped using other rotary files to protect my rotary tool and myself. I might try cutting the file to minimize vibration and offset some of the cost of the bits. They look sharp but are either poorly…

Pros
  • DURABLE: Manufactured from heat treated tungsten carbide which is durable, sharp and long lasting.
Cons

They work. mainly suitable for cutting burrs

I threw them on my 1/8 inch pneumatic mini sander. You're definitely not ready to handle 20,000 with a mild to moderate "imbalance". If I run a pencil sander at a slower speed and then apply a deburring finish to what I'm sanding, I can speed it up without wobble and then slow it back down before removing it from the work surfaces. It's a bit of a hassle to work with, but I was able to get them to work the way I wanted without damaging anything. The end result was good, if not perfect. For the…
