Suit looks good. The jacket looks tight but the pants have a more regular fit. After all, the waistband is adjustable and encloses the waistcoat. If it weren't for the vest that covers my very skinny boy's excess fabric I would probably come back. I had to pull my waist in so much to fit, which shouldn't happen with a slim fitting suit. Ordered 2T (son just 2 years old and small for his age) Goes with everything except pants that just need a hem and if your son medium is too tall, he's got a lot of length, he's just short (30th percentile for his age)! I also ordered the 4T for my 4.5 year old son because he is skinny and average height for his age. Everything is tight, maybe ONLY right. He could wear it today and fit perfectly but the wedding is 6 weeks away. If your child is a bit overweight on the belly, I would enlarge it.
