I had to drill two new holes in the back wall but it was worth it. very difficult. Installation took 30-40 minutes. Now it's a little tricky to use the magnetic pin in the bottom hole of the pendant, it fits snugly

I ordered this hitch and it was missing 2 pieces, it was quickly replaced with another one missing 4 pieces. You might think they read why I sent one back and made sure the next one didn't have the same problem. The answer to the question is great, but a bad product and good service mean little to me.

Doesn't fit my Cub Cadet mower, I also didn't like the quality of some welds. For example where the side stabilizer arms are attached they simply used 2 very small light weight bolts and welded the heads to the main beam where the ball mount is. Didn't try to get it working due to the poor quality, I felt that breaking this bracket would damage both my mower and trailer. Not worth the risk!

I think my review will largely agree with the previous ones. The left bracket had to be bent to work properly. The instructions were useless because they only listed the parts. They were stingy with washers. The paint was scratched as shown in another review. On the other hand, they delivered quickly. I also liked that it comes with a 2 inch ball that can be raised higher if needed. I have a John Deere L115 and it doesn't fit easily.

Really solid build. The metal plates are thick. It comes complete with all hardware and a nice 2 inch 6000 pound ball. In addition, the receiver and snorkel have about 4 positions to adjust the height of the ball. Even the thick metal straps that attach to the rear frame plate. have adjustable holes and slits for an optimal fit. I like the adjustable ball joint height, fits different trailers we have, they are all slightly different. Cut 2 holes from each of the adjustable brackets to fit the existing rack holes, but the brackets will need to be removed to accommodate the weights. I see a bracket being made that attaches to the existing hitch studs. a stem that attaches to the PTO plate and leaves room for weights when fully removed. I chose this garden tractor hitch because it was the only one with height adjustment. I'm glad I got it as I adjusted it to the lowest height which is perfect for my tractor. I installed it on my John Deere LX-178. I was able to rotate the adjustment rods so they lined up parallel to the existing hole in the tractor frame and it worked perfectly. This product has undergone many modifications to work with my JD 120 tractor. Width and dimensions of the body are not uncommon on most tractors. As you can see from my photos, the bars at their maximum size do not reach the mounting plate. Also, they are too wide for the body. Another issue is quality control.
