Shit, the screen doesn't work, came broken from the factory

Shit, the screen doesn't work, came broken from the factory and the seller doesn't know how to solve problems, promised to send a new one after I gave him a Sent video to check if it doesn't work. did this and after 2 weeks noticed that he was just making me waste my time and money

I bought to replace my local radio with my '07 Lexus is250. I almost didn't get it at first due to the lack of feedback, but I took a chance and it paid off. I installed this by someone who works at Cartoys because I have no idea how to install things like this. But! All functions work. Bluetooth, reversing camera, air conditioning, radio.
