My money is wasted, the product is terrible.

Complete junk. Of the 16 purchased, the system board burned out for 5. The warranty seems to be 18 months, but it wasn’t there . This is a guarantee from the moment of shipment to the retailer. I strongly advise against contacting Yealink

Great phone for the price.

I used to have Polycom phones with Nextiva and hated the phones. Switched to Ooma service and Yealink phones and fell in love with them. Yealink phones are way better than Polycom.

The cheapest phone has plenty of programmable BLF buttons, but you may need a power supply.

This is a very good phone for the money. It supports POE, or you can buy an adapter separately. However, other sellers may offer it as a bundle for about the same price, so keep an eye out for that. The T27 can be easily programmed as an extension for systems such as Asterisk, FreePBX, voiSip Cloud, etc. The phone has a good weight and shape and great sound quality.
