SERIOUS DISAPPOINTED

This phone was advertised as compatible with all digital phone systems, but will not work with my company's Verizon system. I've asked Yealink for help but haven't heard from them yet. Revain issued a full refund.

Does not work with Verizon

Does not work with Verizon. After 3 months of testing, Verizon informed me that this was not comparable to their system. "Could not set IP addresses." It's strange that I bought two identical phones from Verizon. I will try to return.

Good and reliable for VoIP

We have about 5 of these in our office and 2 of them are over 3 years old. They work so well that every time we need a phone we keep buying the same one. β€’ The sound is great with headphones or speakerphone and definitely loud enough to fill an entire office. β€’ The mic over the speaker is surprisingly good, mostly it rings when I'm 2-3 feet away and people never have hearing problems.

Cons
  • Vulgarity

Absolute garbage in office electronics

Buy a Polycom instead. These yeins are garbage. We have 3 t46s phones and 15 t40p phones, all rubbish. The call quality is the worst I've ever used, worse than an old rotary phone or a cell phone 100 feet underground. I don't know why at&t talks so much about Yealink. I can't wait to get rid of these phones and get a regular device. Phones hang up constantly, the quality reminds me of my childhood and talking to friends with two cans and a rope, there isn't a single function that works…

Phone requires setup first

This phone is the same make and model that Verizon Fios sells to its business customers. Verizon customizes all of its phones. But this one is unconfigured and doesn't work with my existing Fios service unless it's connected directly to its router with an ethernet cable. Simply plugging your phone into the Ethernet port on the back of your computer will not work. Contacting Yealink did not help. This is a Chinese company, they don't have phone support and live chat help. If you want to use this
