Did not work with model of Grandstream as was listed

I am very disapointed. I was looking forward to no more holding my head sideways to hold the phone while typing or writing messages. I made sure to check, as was stated to do, that the phone I use was listed, including the model #. I use a Grandstream, GXP2160. This model WAS listed, but it doesn't work with it.

Very clear. good for me

Bought this as a present for my mom for work. She loves it! Everyone says how clear she is and she doesn't get a cramp in her neck from holding the phone now!

Caller can't hear us

Just got these in today and my CSR's began using them. The caller complained they could not hear us. Not sure how to or if even able to fix this problem. We are returning for a refund. Customer service was good.

Other Person on the Phone Can Barely Hear Me

The sound on my end works great but the other person on the phone can barely hear me when I use the headset. I've tried all of the alternative ends that come with the headset, but no luck.Edit 2/25/2020: Wantek has EXCELLENT customer service. I sent them a message the same day I left my 1-star review and they had a new headset to me within 2 days and didn't make me deal with shipping the original back. Static on the line.

I loved this headset until recently. I have even referred a few of my coworkers to purchase this headset. It's great at noise cancelling, very comfortable and stays on my head. But recently I started to hear static on the line every time I adjust the mouthpiece. Sometimes it improves, depending on the position of the mouthpiece but this should not happen. I've had it for 13 months.

Good headset for the money

This was the 3rd headset I tried with my work phone. Definitely a good buy for the money. I dont spend my entire day in the phone bit this is very handy for conference calls and webinars so I can have my hands free.

comfortable but defective

I was really excited to use this at my new job I just started, but I plug it into my phone and hit the headset button and go to dial a phone number and the call goes through but I can hear NOTHING coming through the headset! I've tried all the plug adapters sent with it but to no avail. I've clicked the on and off switch back and forth and that seems to do nothing at all.
