I wanted the modem to be outdoors, not on a computer desk. It worked great and was very easy to mount on the wall. I feel like it has improved the streaming experience on my TV.

My mini DVD is 9" x 7" and won't fit. Cables such as HDMI and plugs hardly fit on the back. They are broken so I had to pull the DVD forward. Sturdy but not well thought out for the DVD to sit comfortably.

I have two kittens who love strings and cables, so when I moved my two computers I hung everything from the ceiling in the basement, but I had a rat's nest of cables. It made a nice shelf for my router and made my setup so much nicer!

This thing has no durability, at least not when installed with drywall anchors. I just tried it with a small multimedia DVD player on the wall. It's totally useless. I gave it a 5 for install because yes it was easy to install but everything else about it sucks.

This shelf actually did the job very well when it came to mounting just one wifi router in my house. That is unnecessary. Assembly was easy, just make sure it's level, and the screw caps were a nice addition to ease the eyes cosmetically. I love that it has a vented bottom panel and of course the cable routing that goes through the back is nice too. Simple and effective; nothing more to say.

I have now purchased three of these shelves to help organize all of my home network routers and devices. You are fantastic. Perfect size for a tight closet and very easy to install. They have a bit of "kickback" so I wouldn't use them for anything heavy, but for light gear they're good value.
