Great Addition to My Sewing Arsenal

When I tried this accessory, I was impressed! It made quilting and patchwork much easier and more fun. The featherweight design makes it easy to handle and the durable build ensures it can withstand heavy use. It's a great addition to my stash of sewing machine parts and accessories, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the arts and crafts world. The only downside is that it's not compatible with all sewing machines, so make sure to check before purchasing....

Pros
  • Easy to use, durable design
Cons
  • Only compatible with select models

Measurement not accurate

This foot does not measure 1/4 inch from the tip. More importantly, the side of the foot is not 1/4 inch from the needle, and there are no markings on the side to measure 1/4 inch from the needle. Instead, the side of the presser foot is 1/4 inch from the edge of the hole that the needle will go through. That means I have to sew to the width of the presser foot with the fabric and guess the distance. I bought this foot for accuracy, so that's an issue. Although I like that, it's clear.

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • Cord shorter than others
