NC spotting drill. 90 Degree point angle. Made of 8 percent cobalt and high speed steel. For more precise centering work on NC/CNC machine. A larger diameter in respect to the subsequent drilling tool permit to obtain the centering and chamfering simultaneously.

Saves time for slotted pins, but doesn't look very pretty.

Bought two, one broke on first cut in aluminium, the other held but didn't run well. I'm not sure if it's the angle of entry or what. Saves time for slotted pins, but doesn't look very pretty.
