Got them figured out easily and have been using them since. Seems to have low volume for music but great sound for tiktok.

I have been trying to find good quality bluetooth earbuds that work with my phone. These fit the bill for me. The sound is excellent, and they stay out when I am using them. They work well with my Samsung phone. My only concern is that they are less effective when I try toi use them with my laptop, where the souynd is good but I experience breaks in the sound that are annoying. So, I only use them with the phoe and they are good for that purpose.

I bought these because of the great reviews. Listening to music and other audio was great. But I couldn't use them for phone calls because people couldn't hear me, no matter how loud I spoke. Everyone said I was completely muffled. I missed the return window, and I'm very upset by that because these were a total fail.
