I bought this brand of cutter because it was the only 5/16 inch radius cutter I could find. The quality looked good so I installed it on a Bosch router table. I turned it on, ran a piece of even-grit hemlock over it, and instead of a perfectly clean edge, I got a slightly chipped and raised grain edge, which usually indicates the carbide wasn't sharpened. enough to clean the cutting edge or that the drill is very blunt. If I scratch the edge of the carbide against my fingernail it just slides…
