Precision Perfection for Stylish Results

Based on my observations, this router bit is truly top-notch for creating intricate designs on round edges. The cutting speed is impressive and it leaves a smooth, professional finish every time. The bit also works like a charm with hardwoods and softwoods alike. The only downside is that it can be quite expensive compared to other router bits in the market. Nonetheless, it's a solid investment that's worth every penny for those who value quality and precision in their woodworking projects.

Pros
  • Smooth and consistent cutting performance
Cons
  • For pensioners

5/16 " Yoniko Roundover Edger - Great Value!

This Yoniko Roundover Edger is excellent. I am new to using a router (not woodworking) and was able to practice for 20 minutes to making this oak flintlock rest I have to admit I watched a few videos on You Tube at first but I was surprised at how quickly and easily the edge of a piece of oak can be shaped a little and it cuts effortlessly. We recommend.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Obsolete

Works like a very used bat right out of the box.

I bought this brand of cutter because it was the only 5/16 inch radius cutter I could find. The quality looked good so I installed it on a Bosch router table. I turned it on, ran a piece of even-grit hemlock over it, and instead of a perfectly clean edge, I got a slightly chipped and raised grain edge, which usually indicates the carbide wasn't sharpened. enough to clean the cutting edge or that the drill is very blunt. If I scratch the edge of the carbide against my fingernail it just slides…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
