I bought this brand of cutter because it was the only 5/16 inch radius cutter I could find. The quality looked good so I installed it on a Bosch router table. I turned it on, ran a piece of even-grit hemlock over it, and instead of a perfectly clean edge, I got a slightly chipped and raised grain edge, which usually indicates the carbide wasn't sharpened. enough to clean the cutting edge or that the drill is very blunt. If I scratch the edge of the carbide against my fingernail it just slides off. While a good sharp carbide 'sticks' when you do. To use this tip on a project I'm doing, I either have to spend a lot of time sanding down the edges I need to get started, or send it in for sharpening and pay more than the cost of the tip to restore it to to let. Therefore, I cannot recommend this particular bit at the moment. Most buyers seem happy with the quality of this brand so I can't say that none of their bits are good. But the one I have is useless for its intended purpose.
