Beautiful beading with this router bit!

This beading edging router bit is a great addition to any woodworking collection. It produces beautiful beading for furniture or other custom wood projects, and it's made with high-quality materials perfect for Industrial and Scientific use. The bit is also easy to use and install. The only drawback is that it's slightly more expensive than some other options, but the quality and results are worth it.

Pros
  • Produces beautifully crafted beading edging designs.
Cons
  • Requires intermediate to advanced level of woodworking skills for efficient use.

Upper bearing too small.

As mentioned in another post the top bearing is too small leaving a jagged edge on the cut. Luckily I had another bearing and was able to replace the small one.

Pros
  • For use on table mount and hand router
Cons
  • Without automatic

Wrong bearing size

This is an overview of a 3/8" shank with a 1/2" radius. It can be seen from the product image that the ball bearing is smaller than the end of the cutting tip. When you use this bit to create a rounded edge, it leaves a graduated line across the rounded edge. I'm glad I didn't work on an expensive project.

Pros
  • Silver induction brazing for maximum strength and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
