Scary to use but works great

I have to say it was pretty scary using a router bit that big in diameter on my plunge router without a router table. Because of the size of this bit, make sure you have a variable speed router (they also make speed controllers that you can connect a fixed speed router to). As I said, everything went very well and I couldn't be happier. I don't know how the Yonico bits hold up over time but this is my fourth purchase and they all seem to be working fine. This piece is a large cutting head that comes with a variety of bushings/spacers to make different sheet pile sizes. The problem I had was that after removing the screw holding the pre-installed socket to the bit, I couldn't remove the socket. I used increasingly powerful tools to remove it, from my fingers to a vise. I just crushed it with a vise and removed it. Once it was removed it was easy enough to install another jack, but what they do at the factory is just ridiculous. Due to this…

Can't even use it: Power Tools & Hand Tools

So far I just hate this product because I can't even use it. The bit and bearing are so tight in the plastic part of the box that I had to use too much force to get them out. I've been trying to loosen the screws that hold the bearing stack together and hold the bearing to the bit for over an hour and I just can't. I've tried holding the shank with pliers to get a better grip but it still twists and cuts the shank. I tried some pliers, tried wrapping fabric around the shaft. I've tried putting…
