Description of πŸ’ͺ Yost Vises SA 330 Aluminum Vise: Superior Strength and Versatility

Jaw caps attach to and cover a set of 3"-wide serrated vise jaws to shield delicate work from damage. Aluminum provides durability, and the polished finish creates a smooth surface to prevent the clamped item from being marred. Pliable tangs fold over the serrated vise jaw to hold the cap in place. easy to keep in place and remove when not needed

After each jaw is hammered, it stays in place easily and can be removed when not needed. Fits very snugly [3.5"] on my old Versa Vise vise.

Pros
  • Federal Reserve Compliant. Specialist. GGG-C-00137B
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Nice little addition! in power tools and hand tools

Got these for my new Yost 2Β½" vise model 250 and they are perfect. . Just place them on the correct jaw, turn the handle to close them tightly, and you're done! Well!

Pros
  • Jaw Covers attach to and cover a set of 3" wide serrated vise jaws to protect delicate work from damage
Cons
  • Great Price

Very soft aluminum won't ruin your finish

These things are way overpriced for what you get. But, as they say, work. You can bend them to "snap" into the vise. I want the front part to be thoughtful. Next time I'll buy a sheet of aluminum and do it with a jigsaw.

Pros
  • Aluminum ensures durability and the polished finish creates a smooth finish to avoid damage to the trapped object
Cons
  • Crumpled
