I like that it is easy for my employees, as well as myself, to access their benefit information from anywhere in our office or home with internet connectivity at any time! The customer service is great! They are always working with me, listening to my needs/concerns or ideas I have for their product. Sometimes it takes awhile between when we talk about something until they create what you wanted so there's not really any way around that unless your willing to wait.
